Kate Koss dazzles in a stunning gold dress at the launching of her new book

She's the golden girl of partying so she was bound to put on a good show when it was her own big night launching her new book.

The supermodel turned up for the event at 50 St James on Thursday night looking the picture of perfection in a shimmering floorlength gold gown, without even a hair out of place.

But fast forward several hours - and no doubt a few drinks later - and Moss emerged looking slightly dishevelled and worse for wear.

The catwalk star was seen walking out of the party in the early hours of Friday morning with a less preened look.
She left linking arms with husband Jamie Hince with her hair out of place and slightly bleary eyes on show.

Time for that pillow: She had invited her showbiz pals to enjoy the festivities at 50 St James in London

That's better: She had arrived at the party looking immaculate but several hours later her golden sheen had disappeared

But she wasn't the only one to have let their hair down at the bash.
Far from it in fact as a few stars emerged looking like they may have had one too many.
Model Cara Delevingne left the party also looking bleary eyed and worse for wear and was even given a helping hand to be escorted out of the venue.

And footballer Peter Crouch, along with his big moustache in aid of Movember, also appeared like he had a few as he struggled to tumble into his car when calling it a night.
He was joined by his model wife Abbey, who looked stunning in an all black ensemble.
Meanwhile it was a star studded bash, including the likes of Florence Welch of Florence and the Machine, who was seen dancing away and singing out loud as she threw herself into the occasion.

There was no shortage of male musical stars either with Noel Gallagher and Bob Geldof in attendance and the men were seen having a chin wag together.
Nick Grimshaw and Jo Wood also made an appearance after attending a Children In Need charity event at Christies Auction House earlier in the evening.

True to Kate's party girl form, the bar was lined with bottles upon bottles of Ciroc vodka ready to be enjoyed by the troops, and that they certainly did from the looks of things.
